If you are using video marketing on YouTube or other sites like Google Video and NOT using a video submission service, then you should probably leave  because you’re throwing away your time like it’s free candy at a parade.

Are you seriously spending your precious time submitting your videos to all of the media sites individually?

If you’re not even doing that then you are REALLY wasting your time and energy by making videos and NOT submitting them.

As funny as it is, I’m serious.   Can I ask why you’re not optimizing and leveraging yourself with a program that submits all of your videos to the major and not so major traffic sites?

Say you have 10 videos you want to submit to.  If you’re registered with say…35 sites through Traffic Geyser, that’s 350 videos you have floating on the net.  Tie those in with keywords, and you have a traffic generating plan working nicely for you.

If you have 47 videos, like I do as of right now, that’s 1645 videos.

If you use keywords (and you SHOULD be) in niche markets and get in the top 10 in the organic search engines, you will have a strangle hold for that search in that niche – i.e. “ACN Reviews,” “Making Money with ‘X company’ ”.

Need help getting started with how to make it all work?  Traffic Geyser has a ton of video tutorials.  Just pause the video, complete the step, and move to the next step.

Every Marketer needs 3 things to have success in their business:

1. Leads – this builds your list.

2. A Relationship with That List – the leads on your list need to know who you are, what you do, why you do it, and background on you before you more on to the 3rd item on this list.  If you don’t complete step 2, step three WILL NOT WORK.

3. Monetize That List.  Like I said in #2, step 3 will not work if you don’t build that relationship.  If you’ve built that relationship, you will be able to monetize your list.  Pop out affiliate links, business opportunities, etc and they will signup – almost automatically since they trust you.

Traffic Geyser allows you to finish all three of these steps.  Video marketing is H-O-T!  Once you submit your videos to all of the sites you want & attract leads from those sites, you finish step 2 & 3.  Sure, this can be an entire article in itself, but it is necessary to mention here.

Search engines are constantly crawling the web looking for new uploaded videos and fresh content.  So your fresh videos on all of the video sites are being crawled through to see if they can be placed on Organic Search Engine Rankings. The more the quality and content related to the keywords the better.  The better the content, the better your rankings.

Traffic Geyser even has a video that Frank Kern made about getting a Page One Google listing in just ten minutes.

Now, I am not going to guarantee you page one. If anyone does, run the other way.  But if you use the tactics of attraction marketing and keywords, you will certainly be further along than your competition.

“If the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning is eat a live frog, then nothing worse can happen for the rest of the day!”

This morning, I received an e-mail from a motivational source I subscribe to – “Simple Truths.”

Today’s entry is about “Eat That Frog”.  Brian Tracy author of “Eat That Frog” says that your “frog” should be the most difficult item on your things to do list, the one you’re most likely to procrastinate on most.

I agree with his research on this.  Prior to reading the e-mail I received this morning on this, I had already begun to apply this principle in my online business – and really – life in general.  And what a difference it’s made in accomplishing different things throughout my day.

Up until just a few weeks ago, one of my biggest frustrations has been poor time management.  Missed tasks, not finishing things in a timely manner, and getting frustrated because of it.  I decided to make a focused campaign to prioritize my day as far as tasks to be accomplished.

And much like Brian describes, when you eat that “frog” first, it’ll give you the boost you need to for the rest of the day. But, if you don’t…and he sits there all day long staring at you while you accomplish more UN-important things, it will drain your energy and you won’t even know it.

In “Eat That Frog”, Brian dives into the core of what is vital to effective time management: decision, discipline and determination. In 21 steps that he outlines what it takes to get more of the important tasks done…today!

Here’s a small sampling in Brian’s chapter titled: “Apply the 80/20 Rule to Everything.” Enjoy!

“The 80/20 Rule is one of the most helpful of all concepts of time and life management. It is also called the “Pareto Principle” after its founder, the Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto, who first wrote about it in 1895. Pareto noticed that people in his society seemed to divide naturally into what he called the “vital few”, the top 20 percent in terms of money and influence, and the “trivial many”, the bottom 80 percent.

He later discovered that virtually all economic activity was subject to this principle as well. For example, this principle says that 20 percent of your activities will account for 80 percent of your results, 20 percent of your customers will account for 80 percent of your sales, 20 percent of your products or services will account for 80 percent of your profits, 20 percent of your tasks will account for 80 percent of the value of what you do, and so on. This means that if you have a list of ten items to do, two of those items will turn out to be worth five or ten times or more than the other eight items put together.

Number of Tasks versus Importance of Tasks
Here is an interesting discovery. Each of the ten tasks may take the same amount of time to accomplish. But one or two of those tasks will contribute five or ten times the value of any of the others.

Often, one item on a list of ten tasks that you have to do can be worth more than all the other nine items put together. This task is invariably the frog that you should eat first.

Focus on Activities, Not Accomplishments
The most valuable tasks you can do each day are often the hardest and most complex. But the payoff and rewards for completing these tasks efficiently can be tremendous. For this reason, you must adamantly refuse to work on tasks in the bottom 80 percent while you still have tasks in the top 20 percent left to be done.

Before you begin work, always ask yourself, “Is this task in the top 20 percent of my activities or in the bottom 80 percent?”

The hardest part of any important task is getting started on it in the first place. Once you actually begin work on a valuable task, you will be naturally motivated to continue. A part of your mind loves to be busy working on significant tasks that can really make a difference. Your job is to feed this part of your mind continually.

Motivate Yourself
Just thinking about starting and finishing an important task motivates you and helps you to overcome procrastination. Time management is really life management, personal management. It is really taking control of the sequence of events. Time management is having control over what you do next. And you are always free to choose the task that you will do next. Your ability to choose between the important and the unimportant is the key determinant of your success in life and work.

Effective, productive people discipline themselves to start on the most important task that is before them. They force themselves to eat that frog, whatever it is. As a result, they accomplish vastly more than the average person and are much happier as a result. This should be your way of working as well.”

For someone to think that there is really a get rich quick scheme out there, I’m sorry to say but you’re looking for a mirage in a desert.

There is NO such thing.

To be successful in this business, you need to treat it like a business, and there is going to be hard work in front of you.

Much of that hard work is wrapped up in massive “Action.”

Remember, this is netWORK marketing, not net-lazy marketing.

When someone asks me what “action” is and what can they do to visualize it better, I often refer to these two paragraphs from “The Secret”:

“Action is a word that can imply work to some people, but inspired work does not feel like work at all.  The difference between inspired action and action is this: Inspired action is when you are acting to receive.  If you are in action to try and make it happen, you have slipped backward.  Inspired action is effortless, and it feels wonderful because you are on the frequency of receiving.

Imagine life as a fast moving river.  When you are acting to make something happen it will feel as if you’re going against the current of the river.  It will feel hard and like a struggle.  When you are acting to recieve from the Universe, you will feel as if you are flowing with the current of the river.  It will feel effortless.  That is the feeling of inspired action, and of being in the flow of the Universe and life.”

So there you have it.

Yes, this is work, and yes it will be hard.

But if you use inspired work with a purpose and direction, it really becomes effortless.

Keep in mind your end goal.

Keep in mind your ultimate reason for jumping into network marketing and it will become effortless as well.

O.K. that does seem rather pretentious. Me? With a Secretary? Um….yeah. Not this entrepreneur!

However, I have nicknamed my Auto-responder “Stella.”

On a basic level “Stella” is like a secretary. The nice thing is that I have YET to pay “her” overtime for the hours “she” puts in. Pretty nice considering that she works 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, 365 days a year!

But really, an auto responder is much more than a secretary or simple automated email system. It captures names, user locations, and other information, which can then be used in your responder to personalize emails to hundreds or thousands of people.

An Auto responder is an online email system that needs direction from you to tell it what emails to send out, when to do it, and to which people.

What does this sound like?

Not sure about you, but it reminds me of a secretary. And a damn good one at that!

Here’s the basics: you write the messages that you want to send out, schedule when to send each message out, then people complete the form on your website and click a button that automatically sends their email address to the auto responder, which then builds your list and starts the sequence of messages.

You Might Be Asking “Why Should I Use an Autoresponder?”

There are tons of reasons you should be using one. Here’s the main ones that come to my mind.

1: You market a product, service, or system on your website. The visitors or prospects to your site aren’t converting into paying customers. So setup a free email course on a topic that your niche market would be interested in and create a form within your auto responder to capture their information. Every single visitor to your website will then be offered something for FREE, which then turns you into the “expert” on that topic!

2: After someone buys your product or opts into your system you want to stay in touch with them obviously since they are part of your “list” – and we all know, the money is in the list. You want to let them know of any updates you make, any upcoming training, or hints/tips/strategies that you’re having a great amount of success with. Of course you will want to offer them additional affiliate products related to their first purchase.

3: You are running a business. Your business is based on how people view you – especially in the MLM industry. Are you someone that’s helping others out, or are you someone that’s out there to just make a quick buck off of someone else? Set up an auto responder to grab their information, and in return they are receiving quality information from you about how they can make their online business even better.

This helps to build your relationship with your prospects, and through the quality information that you’re sending them, they begin to view you as the leader and mentor. Which in turn helps to make their mind up for them and they join you in your business.

Scenario 4: You had already started building a list and now have a growing number of leads. When you have a new training coming up, or special, or product, or tid bit of news to send, you need a way to access your entire list in one fell swoop. Your auto responder will do this for you. Set up one simple broadcast message to be sent out along side the messages that the auto responder is already sending out, and viola! You just blasted one easy message to hundreds or thousands of people at once.

It’s a fact that 50-80% of your sales will not come on the first time they opt in to your website. If they were already to buy, they would just do it right from the get go. And prospects like that are a dime a dozen. The sales will come after the 5-7th contact with the prospect. If you have no way to keep in touch with prospects, then you just lost them as potential members of your downline.

If you are offering valuable content where prospects want to hear from you, your messages should be scheduled every 3-4 days. They don’t want to hear your ads every day or every other day!

Even consider a week. Briefly describe your product or system again (as your prospects might have forgot -it’s been a long time after all!) and stress the most important benefits to prospects.

One more way to reach prospects and make some affiliate commissions even when people don’t join you in your primary MLM company is with an auto responder.

When you provide your affiliate links in your messages and someone clicks on it, they are taken to a site that looks like the main site for whichever program is being advertised, but in the coding, you’re getting credit for it. If that prospect then purchases from that site, you get a commission from them, even if they choose not to join your primary MLM.

You can then turn around and put it back into your business for more advertising or other resources.

Using an auto responder to follow up with prospects is one of the most important aspects in your online business.

Without it, you might as well not even be in MLM for the business.

It is simply THAT important.

Other than having a lead generation system and understanding the basics of attraction marketing, having an auto–responder working for you is part of the foundation that the rest of your business is built upon.

No foundation and your business comes tumbling down.

Naming your auto responder and how much you’re going to pay her, however, is up to you.

How many times have you heard this question? “I’m having no luck recruiting prospects.   I can only get a few people to sign up, and the ones that do stay on for a only few months.  Is there one resource that you’d recommend over anything else to help me get pointed in the right direction?”

“Just one?” I usually say.  Heck, there are at least five resources I’d recommend to straighten you out.  It all depends on your knowledge level, experience, and what resources you have already.

Have you been in network marketing for a long time?

What strategies are you using already?

Are you just getting started?

What does your budget look like?

But to narrow it down to just one resource, there is only one course that I tell people to get a hold of.  And yes, I TELL them to get a hold of it.

Yes, I practice it.

Yes, I’ve used it to turn my online business into a profitable income.

And yes, I even get a commission on its sales.  54% to be exact.  But that’s not what I’m here to tell you about.  I simply just want you to know that you can turn around and start receiving a commission of $20 off a $37 product.

That’s right; Magnetic Sponsoring only costs $37.  So now you can see why I get frustrated when someone doesn’t buy it.  It’s so stinking inexpensive, yet its value is 10 times that.  Dillard could easily charge $370 for this course, and people would still buy it!

O.K., I’m off of my soap-box now.  I have a tendency to get up on it when I find something I’m passionate about.  So when I hear from people that don’t want to educate themselves or that don’t want to spend some money to start their legacy, I have a real problem with that.

This is a business, not a hobby.  Let’s start treating it like one.
