A good friend of mine (Yo Le) forwarded me a blog post yesterday about creating and branding your signatures for e-mail & autoresponder messages.
Well, actually, it’s more about an online tool that you can download to you computer that will help you and your team create “branded” signatures with links, a pic, and contact info.
We had been discussing the merits of using a signature not only with your contact information, but including URL’s to different sites you were a part of – whether they were your affiliate sites, primary sites, blog sites, or e-mail addresses. And on top of that, the “branding” effect that occurs with a properly created signature.
And I think we finally stumbled across a great site that explains exactly how to create a professional, photographic, branded version of a signature for you – and can be applied anywhere that you already place a signature: e-mail, auto-responder, blog, forums, squidoo, etc.
The whole idea is that you want to brand yourself. Create one where people will be able to recognize you just by your signature. Use the same contact details, tag line and image across all your social networking profiles, emails, autoresponders etc., people will start to remember you – therefore helping to brand “You Inc.”
So, I am not going to take credit for this training at all. Gavin Mountford from the U.K. is the one who created this original training on his blog. I’m just passing this forward so that you guys can take advantage of it just like I did.

Well I certainly have gotten quite the response myself from the signature I created. i use it inside both Aweber and my regular e-mails now. People have already started asking, how the heck I did it and I have started getting passive leads just from the one link I posted.
